Indian Curry Masterclass with ASA Spice x CPH Lunchbox

In this hands-on class, you'll create a full meal centered around the iconic Chicken Tikka Masala. You'll start with an Indian-style salad, then prepare Chicken Tikka Masala, Roti and Rice, finishing with sweet Vermicelli Kheer.

Learn to marinate and grill chicken tikka, craft a rich masala sauce, and master spice balancing. Suitable for all skill levels, you'll leave with the confidence to recreate this classic dish at home, plus tips on pairings and regional curry variations.

15 minutes: Introduction to Indian Cuisine & Welcome Drink

15 minutes: Overview of Today's Dishes & Spice Selection

2 hours and 30 minutes: Cooking Session

1 hour: Dine together and Question & Answer Session

-The kitchen is located on the 2nd floor of Suhrs Højskole without elevator access.
-Your place is confirmed once you have made the payment.
-The class will be taught in English.

The class will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment or illness. In the event of cancellation, the class will be either rescheduled or you will get the money back. We will contact those registered via e-mail in case of changes. We cannot guarantee that canceled courses will be created at a later date. The course fee is only refunded by ASA Spice in the event of cancellation.
