Organic - Lemon thyme is less hardy than other species of thyme, but has a warm, fresh flavour that makes it a good companion for egg or fish dishes. The needles are rounder than those of regular thyme. Although lemon thyme is less widely available, some savoury and sweet recipes will call for it because the leaves will soften when cooked.
