Organic - Lau means "blaze" or "flame in Hindi, and ASA's Lau Masala is a very hot blend indeed. Strictly for the more adventurous among us, its heat is (in part) offset by the additon of cardamom, giving a eucalyptus, mint note to balance the spiciness. Use very sparingly at first.
